1. Establish the salary scales for all employees
2. Participate in preparing the salaries and wages budget
3. Monitor the salaries and wages payroll
4. Post the salaries control account
5. Account for the statutory deductions, loans and advances to staff
6. Process payment of salaries, wages and deductions and remitt on time
7. Prepare Bank Schedules
